Impressions Kit – Bracelet Edition

🛠️ THE PROCESS

1. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive your Fingerprint Kit by mail with clear instructions to help you get the best possible imprint.
2. Each kit includes 3 pieces of wax per charm ordered — please use all three, as it gives us more options to work with. A prepaid return shipping label is included (for Costa Rica residents only) so you can easily return your impressions.
3. When we receive your waxes, we’ll review them carefully. We will only contact you if there are any issues.
   We use the traditional lost-wax casting method, and since each piece is handmade, please allow 4–6 weeks from the moment we receive your wax until your final piece is ready to ship.
4. The kit includes 1 wax = 1 final piece. As the wax is melted during the casting process, if you'd like to duplicate the same imprint for multiple family members, you’ll need to purchase a master mold to recreate the same wax.

📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Our pieces have an organic and handcrafted aesthetic, so each one will be unique in shape, size, and finish. No two are ever the same.
2. The final result depends on the quality of the imprint you provide.
   Please follow the instructions carefully and contact us with any doubts. We’re happy to review photos of your waxes before you return them.
3. We can fix small imperfections, but the final result will reflect your imprint.
   If the wax is unusable or the impression is taken incorrectly, you will be charged $40 USD for a replacement kit to try again.
4. Due to the nature of lost-wax casting, each wax imprint is used only once. We do not keep leftover wax. If you’d like your wax remnants returned along with your finished piece, please let us know in advance.
5. Because of fluctuating metal prices, you have 2 months from the date of purchase to complete and return your wax impressions. Late submissions may incur additional fees.

📦 SHIPPING

1. Your kit will be shipped within 1–4 business days via Correos de Costa Rica. You’ll receive a tracking number via email.
2. We know handmade things take time — but if you need your jewelry for a specific date, reach out before purchasing and we’ll gladly talk through options.
3. All orders include a prepaid return label (Costa Rica customers only).

👶 Baby-friendly

Please note that some babies do not yet have fully formed fingerprints. We recommend checking before purchasing.

⚠️ Important

1. This kit is designed to cast up to 0.40g of wax into the metal of your choice. ⚠️ Do not combine waxes, as any excess will be trimmed down to meet the 0.40g limit.
2. Your charm will come with an open jump ring, ready to be added to your bracelet.
3. If you purchase more than one kit and select reduced packaging, all kits will be sent together in a single box.
   If you're purchasing as gifts and require individual boxes, please do not select reduced packaging.
